Complicated plot, grainy film, excellent acting performances, political messages.

Good movie, glad I saw it. To me, the plot doesn't really hold up but it's almost secondary to the general weltanschaung of the whole film.

And depicting these particular "terrorists" - as young, innocent virgins from abroad so far from home they accept a new one almost without thinking (or blinking) - well, what do I know, maybe so.

alrdy a thread on this. agree with some of what you said. i thought it was a poor movie tho.

I was more impressed with the fahrfergnugen of the drive to the theater.

Syriana? In the spirit of compromise with a loved one, I went to see 'Family Stone' instead. And it sucked.
