Michael Pospisil has said he might leave Hearts (Scotland) during the transfer window as he isn't happy with his playing time.
http://www.football.co.uk/hearts/pospisil_hints_at_exit_214562.shtml
Germany would be a good fit for him, but it sounds like he just wants a place to play first team soccer.
Josef Kaufman might sign with Hearts during the up coming transfer window. He is 21-years old and currently plays for Teplice.
http://www.football.co.uk/hearts/jambos_eye_czech_defender_213584.shtml
Libor Dosek has left Slovan Liberec for Sparta Praha. He should help out Sparta in attack.
Looks like yet another young talent might be leaving the Gambrinus Liga. :(
Thomas Repka wants out of West Ham during the January transfer window. Reports are that he wants to go back to his homeland. He is hoping that Sparta will want to sign him.
The way Sparta are playing right now I am sure they will jump at the chance to sign Repka, if they can afford him.

Hmmm... thanks for the update. Personally I don't think it is a bad move for him so I hope it happens.

Transfer news from http://www.prague.tv/czech-football/.
The Slovak Radoslav Zabavnik might sign for Sparta Praha from CSKA Sofia.
Noel Alexandre Mendy from France has joined Mlada Boleslav from Pribram. Personally I'm surprised he is still kicking around as he has only scored six goals in 57 games.
Gaucho from Brazil is no longer with Sigma Olomouc. In other Sigma news they have signed twin brothers Jiri and Daniel Barcal from second division club Hlucin.

I guess the place to go for Czech players is now Turkey and no longer Russia. :p

Yes, Turkey does seem to be getting a large number of Czech player. New update on Rosicky. The Spanish paper Marca reports that Dortmund has accepted Athletico Madrid's offer. On the other hand, Rosicky's agent says the deal has not gone through. I guess we'll find out in a few days.

Good to see he is going to get a chance with a 'big' club. If he is supposed to be as good as I've heard, I don't expect to see him staying too much longer in the Gambrinus Liga.

Lukas Zelenka has completed his move to ambitious Turkish side Vestel
Manisaspor, and been unveiled by the club at a press conference. The
26-year-old playmaker will wear the number 77 in Turkey - his preferred
number 7 was already taken.
This update came from http://www.prague.tv/czech-football/
They have a rather large article today on transfers. :)
(There is also an article on the Tipsport Cup.)

Sparta Praha and West Ham United officials are expected to meet in
London tomorrow, to discuss Tomas Repka's possible return to Prague.
One of Heart of Midlothian's Czech players, Michal Pospisil, is
considering putting in a transfer request, Britain's Guardian newspaper
reports. The 26-year-old striker has been out of favour at the Scottish
club since October, when new coach Graham Rix took over.
Czech coach Werner Licka has been reunited with his eldest son at Polish
side Groclin Grodzisk. Marcel Licka, a 28-year-old forward, has signed a
two-and-a-half-year contract in Poland. His father took over as Grodzisk
coach at the end of last year.

I only understand about 1 in every 4 words so I'm not much help. However there are a few people who can read Czech on this board and they might be able to help you.

Turkey again!
Yet another Czech player is being linked with Vestel Manisaspor. The
Turkish club, who already have Petr Johana, Michal Meduna and Lukas
Zelenka on their books (plus Slovak forward Filip Holosko), are
reportedly also interested in signing Slovan Liberec captain Tomas
Zapotocny.
