I still feel bad for San Jose fans, but it seems as if things are off to a good start in Houston.

Certainly Houston's advance press reminds us of nothing so much as Salt Lake.

I'd like to think if/when Atlanta gets a team the treatment would be similar. The AJC's sports section is very highly regarded and, for being a minor league team in a major league town, the Silverbacks don't get the worst coverage on the planet. The Thrashers of the NHL got tons of pub in a place that is hardly hockey central. Sure would be nice if more cities had MLS beat writers like Salt Lake, LA, and seemingly Houston do.

Uh, we have moved on from green tea to "Twist Cap White Wine". "Would you like to smell the bottle cap?" Either you are channeling Nathan R. Johnson, or you have switched completely into holiday mode.
