I can be crude and unimaginative too. Observe:

Newcastle - Scumcastle/Newcaselona

Oh my aching sides.

On a vaguely related note, some Sunderland players:

Stephen Wright: Jug-Ears
Phil Babb: Phil Bad/Bill Fab (hooo hoo hoo)
Emerson Thome: The Wall (YES)
Gavin McCann: Monobrow
Kevin Kilbane: Skillzinho
Jurgen Macho: Butterfingers (although not recently)

Damn I'm so funny.

And before anyone says anything that was an ironic remark.

I think a lot of the nick names have to do with whose side you're looking at it from.

Arsenal are the gooners (haters and fans) or French Foreign Legion

Spurs are the Yids (both)

Chelsea are the Foreign Legion.

too hard to make a list. Just about everyone is called the scum by their rivals.

Clearly, you missed the 2002 World Cup--which is no surprise really. It must be impossible to see much of anything with your head so firmly lodged up your own arse. :)
