Who will win the Concacaf Champions Cup.
I'll say Toluca

New England Revolution. Costa Ricans have historically played poorly in Bermuda and Club America will take the wrong turn at the I-93/I-95 changeover. That leaves a rematch with the Gals who will rely too much on Cobi Jones. Unfortunently, he will break his hip falling down the stairs the morning of the game.

Club America will win. I didn't like the way toluca won the fmf championship, but they have a chance to win the ccc. alajuela and saprissa also a chance. but america should win it.

Club America is probably the clear favorite.
Saprissa is a good team, don't get me wrong. But i didn't think they handled the MLS style of play very well last year against KC (which was a weak MLS side last season). IMO it is the match of the opening round. Gut feeling says LA will win the return leg at the HDC to advance.
NE is pretyy good too , but the lack of a true home game will hurt them as a Fevruary game in New England is out of the queestion most likey. These two teams are probably pretty even.
CD Toluca won the league but i am not too convinced they are truely top mexican team. LA doesn't have to go to Mexico City which means they have a chance and i think they can pull it off.
Final in Azteca and HDC...America should walk over LA and it would take one hell of a game at the HDC for LA to win because they will get worked in Azteca.
America to FIFA CC in 06.

why is toluca not a top mexican team? they are the champs. it is their 8th mexican championship. they have won more titles than pumas. you could see an all mexican final.

is Toluca and America gonna try in this tournament honestly??? specially if their right in the thick of things in league play?? Unless they are awful like Pumas and have nothing to play for .

If they win it, they´ll say that this time they took it seriously, if they lose again, they´ll say that they didn´t care about it.
