i should also throw in Symphony Center in Chicago. I saw Dave Brubeck there when I was in like 8th grade (the man could hardly stand, but just tore up the piano) and then Bela Fleck and the Flecktones in 2003.

I'll always be partial to the old Petrillo Band shell.
It's ugly, it doesn't sound good, but I've seen the following there.
The last show of The Replacements on 4 July, 1991 (they were totally shite faced)
Wilco on 5th July, 2001
Miles Davis about one month prior to his death in Sept 1991.

Well I missed most of this but I am partial to the GA Theatre and the 40 Watt in Athens, and the Roxy and Fox Theatre in Atl and for under the stars Chastain-saw Dylan there about 15 years ago and it was one of the best shows I have ever seen.

i'm streaming XM on my computer right now. I can't handle this Christmas music that is pumped in from 93.1 in Chicago! I love Christmas music, but I think I've heard "White Christmas" and "Let it Snow" about 50 times each since December 1st.

Dan, what stations do you listen to on XM?
For as many music channels as they have, I usually end up listening to the comedy channel. Some funny stuff on there.

OK, last night was WEIRD!!!! As in old co-worker talking inappropriately about a female co-worker, who just also happens to be his sister-in-law. <Shiver!>

when busty co-workers stretch (like, arms all the way back, arching back, etc) right in front of you.. c'mon.. that is just entrapment...

on my XM MyFi, the thing in my car, I have these presets: 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, Mix, Deep Tracks, Top Tracks, XM Music Lab, and Soul Street.
those are what i usually listen to. Haven't given the comedy stuff a listen yet. I just might have to.

Mike-looks like fun was had by all last night! Or at least you! ;)
Phishy-I laughed out loud when I read your post-so loudly that people asked what was funny! :D
Edit: It is even funnier now that I see you wrote entrapment rather than entertainment (which would have been funny too! ) ;)

Yeah, try it. Channel 150 helps keep me sane on the commute home.
Don't recommend it today though....NSFW.
