okay :rolleyes: They do have a chance, because they are at home obviously and have a good team..If they face Brazil[probably in the finals]they will lose..

hahah for sure they have a chance - theyre germany, so they are always among favourites but they still have to win AT LEAST 5 matches beating the likes of england or sweden in rd 2 and god knows who else if they do it. oooops and probably brazil in the final, remeber last time? :D germany will most likely win the group, definetly has a shot to take it all, plays at home so will advance far but looking at the odds, and taking a slight risk i would rather bet against them :)

ARE YOU GUYS SMOKING CRACK? Even if Germany advances to the second round, they will get eliminated by England or Sweden. Dont get you hopes high, because on any give day, any team can win.

and thats why we'll beat england and or sweden, out team will be in good shape ;) it depends on who we have to face. if we have to face and beat for example sweden, argentina and italy in the upcoming matches, we can also beat brail and finally get revenge from wc 2002 final and confed cup 05

Lets see what happens guys...... Germany without a doubt is an ILL team meaning there good. Im hoping my team makes it a couple of rounds but they got to work it hard. Can't wait for the worldcup games to start because every game is exciting.

its really out of poland and germany for first place, poland are no push over they did finish ahead of england in there qualifying campaign, either way germany is playing sweden or england, who i think are much more talented teams overall

poland finished behind england in qualifying group 6, but grabbed one of the best 2nd place teams spots, along with sweden. We lost out to England by one point, but it didn't really matter because we were assured qualification before the final game with England occured anyways.

I think Germany will really win the whole thing , the World Cup..
Remember 2002...many people said that we would not advance the group and end alrady in the first round...but we did not..we was second, played in Finale against Brazil....
I think we can make it and we will..
I see Germany in Finale..
and donīt forget Germany is best on penalty shoots:)

I think Germany will really win the whole thing , the World Cup..
Remember 2002...many people said that we would not advance the group and end alrady in the first round...but we did not..we was second, played in Finale against Brazil....

Unfortunately, the matches will be played in 2006, not 2002. Neither's Germany's defending nor their goalkeeping is as good now as it was four years ago.
I think that Germany will win their group, but not go much further. Best of luck!

To be honest the english media is certain that England will win the World Cup. Most of the fans aren't too sure. ;)

and donīt forget the biggest dream of any Dutch - they want to win not any world cup, they want to win the World Cup in Germany:)..just i donīt think it will happen....
the world cup is a tournament with 32 teams and at the end will win Germany:)..

We will win group A, but I doubt we will win the cup. Our defense is just too poor.
We don`t have a rightback of international class since Hinkel decided to suck ass. Same with the centerbacks. Mertesacker will be great one day, but he isn`t today. Metzelder is decent, but he still lacks the (world)class he had 2002. Klinsmann is a candidate for the worst coach award, with a good chance to beat Domenech.Our midfield is great and our forwards don`t have to hide, but I doubt that will be enough to compensate the huge lack of defense and tactics.

well my dream finale would be USA-GERMANY
for USA to be second is great success.....they can handle with this:)

How about Huth at centre back ? He plays well for Chelsea... when he plays that is.
