Quite a long piece, but a good read nonetheless.

What the CSA did is looked south, but not to the USL. They looked to Major League Soccer, a ten-year old league founded and run by some of the biggest names in American sports management.

I wrote it. I alluded to that on the Voyageurs board.

But Ryan Keay is a legit source, as one of the leaders of the Toronto supporters group that will be pledging its allegiance to the MLS team when it comes to town. Plus, he's the official contact on the Ultras website.
