I'm wondering if anyone who tried to get US tickets via the USSoccer ticket sale this week has received notification from them your order was received.
I started faxing at 1000 Monday morning pst and my fax finally went through Tuesday morning around 1100. It's now thursday afternoon and I have yet to receive an email confirmation they got my order form - despite their website's promise to notify you within 48 hours of receipt.
This whole process is ridiculous. I have no way of knowing whether my fax went through because I can't call them to make sure. The fax report said it transmitted, but what's to stop someone on that end from just not picking it up.
