I brought home a badge from "The Blue Army" but I can't find out which team it's for. I have seen supporters' groups from Leicester City, Chelsea, Ipswich Town, and several smaller clubs called "the Blue Army" but can't find this badge anywhere. Its design has a scepter in the middle of it, in a yellow field, with red fields and gold stars on either side. Any ideas?
