Ittihad will win against Saprissa comfortably......... It was unfortunate for ittihad to lose to Sao paulo on a deflection and a penalty. Any ways thats my prediction

bahhh I don't see the point of this game. I suppose winning it proves we're the best loser.
Well Iordanescu is going to have to alter the team, with Doukhi suspended. Might as well make some more changes. I would really like to see Hamza playing. Give the great man a good send off in his final season. Give Job a game too, and maybe Abdo Hakami.

There will be next to no crowd for this game. Saprissa won't do anything unless they change their starting 11 almost completely.

Next to the "best of the rest" title, there is also prize money at stake.
There will be next to no crowd for this game.
It's a doubleheader with the final. I expect the lowest crowd for the 5th place match...
(unless Kazu is an incredible draw by himself)

saprissa should use some reserves in this game, anyway we have nothing else to lose in this tournament.

After 2 games,I want to know how Saprissa become CONACAF Champions with Mexcio clubs there as Mexcio clubs played so well in Copa Libertadores
Anyway Al Ittihad will win as Saprissa suck

Sour grapes? Liverpool is simply clicking on all cylinders. I'd think any Mexican team would have lost too- as well as Sao Paulo will Sunday.

UNAM sucked by the time the tourney came around (they finished like 3rd from the bottom in the league) and monterrey had their three best forwards injured, and a lot more injuries on top of that

if Mineiro don't let Gerrard play, you can expect the contrary...

You really ought to watch out for Xabi. He's the one who pushes all the buttons.

well i guess i hope Saprissa gets the "best loser" title.....Nah mate, to paraphrase someone else on another thread - "just a boring draw with Al Ittihad winning on pk's". :)

If Saprissa start with the same line-up as the last two games:
All-Ittihad- 2
Saprissa- 0
If Saprissa changes Cordero, Bennette, Jervis and Saborio for Parks, Brenes, Esquivel and Aleman...Saprissa MIGHT have a chance. Well, I say that because I know that if Aleman is playing, Saprissa will be forced to stop playing long balls, since Aleman is like an oompa-loompa and would never win any long balls.
Why did they so many play long balls against Liverpool? only Medford knows...

It's difficult to pick a favorite in this one, but based on the semis I give Ittihad a slight edge...

yeah, its hard.
ittihad looked better, but i think that was because sao paulo didnt play half as good as liverpool did. im not sure who will win, but if both put out the same line ups i think it'll be even.

this is actually a very exciting match. i'm impressed with the quality of play. non-stop action for a 1-1 draw at half time. al-ittihad probably deserve another goal since they have been dominating the possession...but then again, Saprissa have been the more efficient side. great half of play.
