They had a little financial problems in the border town of Opava and the club dropped from the 1st division all the way down to the 5th. It was too bad because they have great fans.
Anyway, they are looking good for promotion to the 4th division next year. After the first half of the season in the Přebor Moravskoslezského (regional league in the northeast part of Moravia they are in first place with a record of 14 wins and 1 tie.... 52 goals for and only 5 against.
The amazing thing is they are still getting 2,000 a game which is unheard of in the 5th division. Most clubs only get 100 of fans (if they are lucky).
Its good to see that many of the fans are still supporting the club.
