Ok, how many fax machines do you think are on the other end?

1...........it's a Lexmark that was state-of-the-art in 1989 and they got a good deal on it. Problem is, the phone line isn't hooked up to it because nobody in the United States has used a fax machine since 1997 when everybody got email.

I think their fax was apart of the Iraqi reconstruction deal.

Now I'm getting a message that the number is out of service.
So, it looks like USSF forgot to pay their phone service and now the only fax machine is out of order. Great.

If somebody comes out to apologize for this fiasco and says, "We just didn't anticipate the demand," that person should be fired.
US Soccer should never have opted for fax orders if they couldn't handle them. Has anyone gotten through and completed an order? Anyone? It's been nearly 3 1/2 hours now. Unbelievable.

Anyone that actually thought this would work, including those trying to fax them right now, have never dealt with US Soccer before. Stick your crap in an envelope and overnight it to US Soccer, it's the only way you'll be assured that they'll get it.

Hey y'all, so my poor assistant has attempted to fax the order form 567 times unsuccessfully.
But, I finally got through to US Soccer via telephone and spoke with two people there. They were extremely nice and sorry about the entire situation. Here's the info that I was able to extract from them:
1) There was, in fact, only one fax machine dedicated to WC orders.
2) It is now "down" and they really aren't sure if it will be back up and runnin today, tonight, tomorrow, or in the near future.
3) They are reccomending that everyone Fedex or otherwise overnight mail at this point.
