OMG, you are RIGHT!
THe quarter finals for conditional tickets was 138 on the pdf I had for cat 1 and I downloaded the form again, and now they have the price for 198!!!! WTF!!!!???!!! I don't care about the price, but this is embarassing and really shows what the players are dealing with!

So whats the verdict, FED Ex or Fax...where do we have a better chance now?????
I gave up after 2 hours and Fedexed. I'm not saying this is the best way, but my information is at least as reliable as the USSF's has been.

Yep, so my price for three group tickets dropped from 406.00 Euros to 310 Euros.
USSF could screw up a wet dream.

How much does fed ex/ups charge for the fastest delivery method to chicago?
I know it depends on your location, but whatever quote you can give me is nice.
I just sent mine. For 10:30 am delivery, it was $4.41. For 8 am, it was $51. I went with the $4.41. If I miss it, I miss it. I am going for the round of 16 games anyway, so hopefully there aren't as many people applying for that.

seems like a lot of posters have cut out here...
...must be on the way to Kinkos or UPS

You realize though, it is on first come first serve basis, right?
so, you could miss out with people who keep sending their over the next 12 hours...
by the freaking way, how much do you want to bet that alot of ticket addresses have Italy and the Czech republic on them?
Since the addresses were frozen on 11/20/05, I have a hard to believing our Italian friends are the clairvoyant
(but yes, I am worried that Italian-Americans are gonna snap up alot of the USA-Italy tix that become available after the fact and sell the rest if they can)

There and back.
kinda gives me a glimmer of hope.
Either that, or there aren't gonna be a hell of a lot of bigsocccer posters in Germany.
Which would be a damn shame.

Im giving it 10more min then im going back to Kinkos and just fed-exing the crap.
Having the fax go through would make me feel good but the way it seems, the fedex package will get there before my fax can.

On my 300th try on the fax machine someone answered the phone saying "Hello, US Soccer this is Julie." My fax machine doesn't have a handset so I couldn't pick it up to talk to her. I was screaming at the fax machine, but she didn't hear. WTF!! A person answered the fax line? I wonder if the busy fax number is rolling over the voice lines over there?

It will be so much more than a damn shame if the people that promote and support this team on an everyday basis are denied their just reward.

okay so I have a password and am now in the same boat with everyone else wrt the fax machine . . .
That said, if I can get through at say 7pm, is that better than overnighting it -- or do they turn off their fax machine at night??
