So any word if Kicker magazine is going to publish a retraction of their faulty World Cup pot predictions?

I know other media outlets were also leading people astray. I'm just using Kicker as the figurehead for all of these. Kicker did get the seeds correct as opposed to some sources.

I hope everyone remembers this 4 years from now when they and others start spouting off about the draw process.

I don't mind predictions but Kicker was claiming that they knew how things were going to be done.

I just don't know why they would mislead people on the pots being done by some seeding formula instead of by confederation when that's how they have been done in recent memory.

Well, it was total rubbish, and that was pretty obvious at the time. I would hope that they're embarrassed about it, and that they would like to express that they published a pile of shite and regret it, and will try not to do it again.

Otherwise, why take any notice of anything they say in future?

(But you're right, it's not the biggest scandal of the century)
