OK, I'm not surprised that David Beckham is the richest English based player in the world, but look who's second! Better yet, look who's fourth!

Where the hell do they get these figures from? They mentioned something about having to be an English-based player, but it still something that's quite confusing. Can anyone explain this?

In all fairness though, DB10 is almost twice the age...

Damn and i thought this thread would be the perfect place to have another little rant about a particular Dutchmen's ever so meaningful scoring exploits in the CL. That's no 4 seasons without a single-goal in the knock-out stages of the competition. Not that he had much of an opportunity this time round!!

BTW, Sol is the second most valuable Gunner w/Henry 8 million behind? I didn't know 'Sol Man' made him so rich. :p

Never professed you Mancs to be our rivals Johno-- just a bunch of mutual hate for Horseface going on around here.....nothing new with that is there?
We actually have a lot to talk and think about-- most importantly is who we will get in the next round of the CL...... :D

I only see this one....at least with regard to subject matter.
Obviously there are plenty of comments in the various CL threads about United's misfortunes....but I'm seeing similar comments across the boards, not just here. And as to those....you have to admit there would be similar glee in the United forum if Arsenal had not progressed from the group stages.

fine... chuckle it up... make the most of it... as far as fortune goes you lost 3 games to us that in the end mattered nothing while you won the only one between us that mattered (barely!) we'll have our revenge soon enough.
You don't have to profess to be our rivals... by taking every chance to take a potshot at us it shows that perhaps you guys are a bit jealous. Maybe not of our current standing, except in the prem table - but of our history in general.

yes, but you guys never go a full month w/out something like this... there was the lets make fun of United thread and of course innumerable Threads not about someone.
as for glee? sure we'd have a bit of a laf in a match thread but unless we play you, we don't open threads to redicule you.
