Winning playoffs: Turkey(again), Belgium(again), Czech Rep(finally), Romania, and Slovenia(again, somehow)

I think Slovenia's future depends largely on whether Zahovic decides to return to the team, if he doesn't then I don't see Slovenia finishing ahead of Israel. I don't know much about Israel but that they got a new coach and maybe that'll make some kinda impact.
