k, so the results are in.
Mike gets a free pint for his guess of 2 hours 24 minutes for the drive home because it was 2 hours and 2 minutes.
Steph, i believe you get a pint for your guess for work to the gym. Can't remember what you put, but since Mike and Ryan already won, you are the only one left! It took me an hour to drive 6 miles.
Ryan hit the parking time exactly so he wins that.
Sweet! One pint of the black stuff for me please!
Oh, as for the HP - no rush, it'll just be three things to discuss when we get drunk:
HP, Beatles and Arsenal

Now off to a client X-mas luncheon. Maybe I'll be back today. Who knows. Enjoy the cold weather America!
Have a good time. And don't forget to get a designated driver for Santa. My kids are counting on him.

I picked up a dirty dick the other night at the liquor store. I figured it was one of those things that I would never have the nerve to order in public. They're going to start carrying Stella next week. Arkansas' beer selection has finally picked up a bit. I think it's mostly due to The Flying Saucer's popularity. It's certainly the most popular place in town...at least for the alcoholics. ;)

My parents rented a house in Ft Myers for the family holiday get together. So I'll be...check distance on map...about 30 miles North of Naples. If you could get that name, I'd apperciate it. Is it Fitzgerald's in Bonita Springs,FL which is between Ft Myers and Naples? I found that one on this list of pubs in Florida (http://www.livesoccertv.com/Florida-soccer-pubs.php).
The only other "nearby" pub that shows games that I've found (using the Setanta list) is in Tampa which is 100 miles away. Hard to sneak away to that one. :D
Jeff Lancaster spends alot of time down in Fort Meyers, i'm sure if there is a pub that shows the games in town, he'll know where it is. You might want to send him a PM.

I had two pints of the stuff before indoor last night..no wonder I stunk.
Well at least it helped numb the pain when I took a shot off my face! I still have whiplash, a sore nose and a fat lip. And the guy who shot is a scouser, no less.

sing this to him next time you see him:
you are a scouser
and ugly scouser
you're only happy on Giro Day.
your mom's out stealing
your dad's drug dealing
so please don't take my hubcaps away.

5.2% is a lot. Bud Light is 2.5, or around there. I think Icehouse is 6%, but it tastes like garbage!

Dan, not to sound like a beer snob, (oh, whom I kidding), but the beer I keep in my fridge is Victory's Hop Devil. I NEVER drink anything from any of the big American breweries, apart from the occassional PBR at this place that sells pounders of those for $2.

i've had Victory Hop Devil. didn't really like it, but that probably was because it was like the 7th beer i had and the flavor probably didn't mess well with the one i had before hand. There is a bar near my parents house that has about 350 different beers in bottle form and my friends and I go there alot. We close our eyes and pick random beers just to try them. I'll have to give it another shot. I usually have some Stella at my apartment, or Bud Light. If i'm cheap I'll load up on Busch Light!

Bud is like around 4.5 to 5%. I know this from living in Oklahoma where they have lower alcohol beer that can't be above 3.2%.

What kind of watered down "beer" are you guys used to? Here a regular pilsner is 4,6% ABV and that is pretty much the standard beer everybody's drinking. You wouldn't stand a chance if you tried to market anything with a measly 2,5%. Btw. the Carls(berg) Porter I drink down the pub is a healthy 7,8%.
