CHELLO.

It's pretty damn white outside right now....and it's not a honky convention.

It's those big fat, slow dropping snow flakes too...

(that may have been bad 'phorm' but...I think everyone knows I'm joking)

Its snowing an inch-an-hour right now in New England. Big silver dollar sized flakes. Which means the kids have a snow day....can you say "snowman and snow angels and hot chocolate?" :)

It stopped snowing here around 6:30 AM, turned to freezing rain, then rain, then back to snow, then to freezing rain, then back to rain, and then around 8:25, the sun came out. It's been sunny ever since.

Which means Harry Potter on IMAX in King Of Prussia tonight is a go!

Excellent! Just keep this in mind - HP & The Sorcerer's/Philospher's Stone and HP & The Chamber of Secrets (1 & 2 respectively) are definitely kids books. You need them to set up the rest of the story, but realistically, you can finish both in an afternoon.

Things really pick up in book 3, HP & The Prisoner of Azkaban, and just build from there.

Enjoy!

yeah, i've heard they are pretty easy reads. I figure it won't take me long to read them because i read pretty fast. I don't know if you've ever read any Clive Cussler books, but I've read them all and I think I can finish one in a day if needed.

haha, maybe not that fast!

i currently was reading "The Saudis" but stopped that to read "Girls for Breakfast" that a coworker gave me, so I'm a little backed up with reading, plus I'm going to be getting some new ones from my parents for Christmas. I'll find time though!

Where are you going? My wife's parents have a condo in Naples and there's an English pub near downtown that shows matches.....I can't recall the name right now.

My parents rented a house in Ft Myers for the family holiday get together. So I'll be...check distance on map...about 30 miles North of Naples. If you could get that name, I'd apperciate it. Is it Fitzgerald's in Bonita Springs,FL which is between Ft Myers and Naples? I found that one on this list of pubs in Florida (http://www.livesoccertv.com/Florida-soccer-pubs.php).

The only other "nearby" pub that shows games that I've found (using the Setanta list) is in Tampa which is 100 miles away. Hard to sneak away to that one. :D

k, so the results are in.

Mike gets a free pint for his guess of 2 hours 24 minutes for the drive home because it was 2 hours and 2 minutes.

Steph, i believe you get a pint for your guess for work to the gym. Can't remember what you put, but since Mike and Ryan already won, you are the only one left! It took me an hour to drive 6 miles.

Ryan hit the parking time exactly so he wins that.
