I'm shocked......

I dunno, are you still over at the East Coast or are you back on the West?

Miami?
I'll be in Florida for X-Mas then back to the West Coast for New Years. But i'm pretty mobile and Miami is always fun. I'll think of some options, see what's going on and send you a PM.

You do know that the best game you've EVER been to was Leeds winning 3-2 away against Middlesbrough... :)

So I went by the Dakota and Strawberry Fields to pay my respect to John Lennon on the 25th anniv. of his murder. Pretty moving stuff. All was quiet infront of the Dakota, the alley well lit with nothing out of the ordinary (sans the po-pos out front). Many people attached flowers to the Dakota's Gate.

In Strawberry Fields there was a relatively long but fast moving line to take pictures of the 'Imagine'. Lots of candles and flowers...pictures, etc. the memory I'll take away will be walking up to the 'Imagine' and hearing the crowd sing 'Dear Prudence' together...glad I went.

good choices... the only one of those albums not on my Itunes here at work would be Feist, but I did recently see the video for the song Mushaboom which inspired me to uh, 'seek' out the album.

Doves - Some Cities
Kings Of Leon - Aha Shake Heartbreak
M. Ward - Transistor Radio
Okkervil River - Black Sheep Boy
Stephen Malkmus - Face The Truth
My Morning Jacket - Z
The Rosebuds - Birds Make Good Neighbors

I only have the Doves and M. Ward from ^^. I'll check the other ones out.

Most 'good' music definitely falls under "indie" at the moment.
I agree
