Determination of seeds (http://eur.i1.yimg.com/eu.download.yahoo.com/fifa/fu/finaldrawpot1.pdf)
So Argentina and Italy (44 pts each), just beat out USA for a seed (43 pts).
It was closer than I thought it would be.

Im england fan so I wanna see holland/brazil paired up .

They rigged it to make us feel like we almost made it so we wouldn't whine so much. :p

Serbia is yet to be decided.
Serbia in not yet to be decided. It will be with Pool 4, but with the special caveat that it has to drawn into a group with Brazil, Argentina, or Mexico. It must be in Pool 4 because Pool 4 only has seven teams.

Untrue it can still get drawn with any in group 4 because its actually in its own pool otherwise they wouldnt have bothered.

Nope.
Serbia cannot be drawn with anyone from pot four. Can't happen.

Not true. Count the number of teams in each pool. There are 8 in pools 1, 2, and 3, but only 7 in pool 4. Hence, Serbia will be with pool 4. If you don't understand this, try doing a mock draw. If you put Serbia in a group with a team from pool 4, you'll end up with 5 teams in that group!

Why is that? It looks like they can because pot 3 will drawn last along with Serbia. Im sure youre wrong.

That doesn't even make any sense... if Serbia were placed with another team from pot 4 that would create two teams from pot 3 in the same group, most likely 3 Euro teams - unless they rigged it to put the extra Euro team in group 4 to be placed with Brazil, Argentina, or Mexico.
Oh wait, they did. Its Serbia. Pot 4.

I tend to agree with those that say Serbia can't be with any of the teams in pot 4. In 2002, they had all 11 unseeded European teams in one pot. They also had a special pot containing the 4 non-European seeds. (Brasil, Argentina, South Korea, Japan) They drew 8 teams and put one in each group. Then as they drew the last 3 Euorpean teams (which could have been any of the original 11), they also drew a ball from the "special pot" and matched those teams up. (This resulted in England and Sweden, arguably 2 of the best non-seeded European teams from being placed together)
This year they are apparently going to have a special pot of Brasil, Argentina, and Mexico and the ball they pull out of here will get Serbia. After that they will pull out the remaing 7 teams (CONCACAF/ASIA) Presumably if Serbia doesn't match with Mexico, they will have some mean of making sure that a second CONCACAF team doesn't play Mexico. My guess would be that the first Asian team they draw would bump over to Mexico.
This is all speculation of course.

What if they drew randomly half pot 3 half pot 4 alternatively. ;)
They said they will be mixing it up a bit. Im sure youre wrong just wait and see.

This is what the BBC is reporting:
"Friday's draw will work in the following way:
The eight seeded teams will be drawn into eight different groups. Germany have already been allocated Group A and Brazil Group F.
Eight unseeded European sides will be drawn into the eight different groups.
The lowest-ranked European side Serbia and Montenegro will be allocated to one of the groups containing either Brazil, Argentina or Mexico to ensure there is no more than two European sides in any group.
A pot of the five African countries, Australia and the two remaining South American sides drawn into eight different groups.
A pot containing the four Asian countries, the USA, Costa Rica and Trinidad drawn into seven different groups. "
If they proceed in that order there will be no way Serbia can be matched with anyone in Pot 4 since the group with Serbia will be completed after the CAF/CONMEBOL pot is allocated. Please note that is IF they go in that order.
