What happens if your team gets eliminated in the group stage but you have purchased TST's to get you to the knockout round or quarter finals?

I believe you buy the first three games right off, and your credit card is charged for any additional games your team plays. In other words, if the team plays 4 games, you're charged for 4 games.

When their chosen team has been eliminated from the competition the customer will continue through the tournament following the team that has eliminated their chosen team from the tournament.

Exactly right. And if your team don't make it past the group phase (surely not!) you start the knockout phase with the group winner. But... will you be supporting them? Unlikely!

That's lame. I thought it said that, for example, you buy a TST-5 but your team loses in the Round of 16, then you get refunded for the last match?

Alot of people got tst 7, so they could get a gurannteed ticket to the final.
