Somehow they have managed to stay in the first division for the past 7-years. I'm not sure how they did this, but they normally just avoid relegation.

They have competed in the Inter-Toto Cup on at least once when they lost to Sigma Olomouc in the semi-finals.

Here is a nice little story about the village and club from June 2005...

"It may be a tiny village with just 300 inhabitants but Blsany boasts a professional football club that launched the career of Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech."

I think Four Four Two had an article about them about 4 or so years back. Interesting story.

Yeah, I think you are right.

Who would have thought that four years later they would still be in the first division??

Pictures of their stadium from the Chmel Blsany website...
