Hey i'll be back in Texas soon and i have a ton of friends at UT so i'll see what i can find out about Austin and Arsenal. Keep the thread alive for the time being. (I woke up in some unknown chicks bed for Arsenal vs Chelski last year so i should be able to find a pub in the area.)

The only people I know in Austin are interested in UT football so could not tell me about a good pub to watch games at. I am sure they have one with all the forgien students I am sure there is a market for a good pub to watch games at.

I have seen one guy with a Austin in his profile posting on here from time to time. Don't remember his screen name though. Also, there is a Fado's (http://www.fadoirishpub.com/fado_pub_main.php?city=austin) that I believe shows matches.

That's probably me. I'm die-hard Arsenal, but I'm not affiliated with any Arsenal group here. Great place to watch games is Fado, though in previous experiences it seems like it's dominated by the Old Firm crew. They have a projection screen and a number of televisions for the big matches. It'll be packed for the forthcoming World Cup.

And I'm considering jobs in H-town, so I may need similar information from you.

i'm in AUSTIN. i always watch matches either @ Fado's or @ my house. I tend 2 spend 2 much money @ Fado's buying pints so lately I'm watching @ my house.Umm there's not that many of us that are always there. Most of the time when i go 2 Arsenal games @ Fado's there's about 4 Arsenal people including myself. I'll agree w/the Old Firm comment but it's not so much the Old Firm as it is Celtic. I haven't seen many Rangers around here. I'll tell you what though whenever i went 2 see Manure v. Chelski or the Scousers v. Manure there was all kinds of supporters 4 them there
