Group C: Argentina, Portugal, Serbia-Montenegro, Togo.
Group D: Spain, Czech Republic, Ecuador, Trinidad.
Group E: Brazil, Japan, Costa Rica, Switzerland.
Group F: France, United States, Iran, Angola.
Group G: Netherlands, Sweden, Paraguay, Ghana. Big Upset in this group.
Group H: Croatia, Mexico, Tunisia, Ukraine.
Those are the groups, I bolded the 2 teams that I think will make it to the 2nd round.
I think all 4 Asian teams will have a great chance with that draw.
P.S I know some might not like my opinion, but please don't attack it and instead state your own..

Germany would have to completely implode to advance out of this group and the way Ivory Coast backed into the World Cup, Poland didn't exactly break down the doors either, but I'm more impressed with their run in qualifying than that of Ivory Coast. Ivory Coast could definitely surprise.
Group B: Italy, England, Saudi Arabia, Australia.
How England isn't seeded would baffle the hell out of me, so one has to throw the whole thing out at this point, but yes, Italy and England, easily.
Group C: Argentina, Portugal, Serbia-Montenegro, Togo.
Serbia could surprise in here, 1 goal allowed in all of qualifying, but the fact that they gave up 7 in three friendlies in August and November suggests to me that that is more a product of an anemic collection of attacks (beyond Spain), than actual amazing defensive prowess. So I go with Argentina and Portgual because they are clearly the best teams.
Group D: Spain, Czech Republic, Ecuador, Trinidad.
Best teams in the group by more than a country mile.
Group E: Brazil, Japan, Costa Rica, Switzerland.
Japan could surprise, they looked pretty good in confed cup, but the Swiss look a bit more attractive to me. Brazil wins group EASILY.
Group F: France, United States, Iran, Angola.
Call it US bias, but a healthy US team (with GAM, O'Brien and Reyna in there along with Donovan, Beasley, and Keller) shouldn't have too much trouble advancing, with either 4 or as many as 7 points. France should advance as well. If the US isn't healthy, Iran could steal the slot, but I doubt it. Angola, i just have no clue how they knocked out Nigeria. Wonder if they will surprise or implode.
Group G: Netherlands, Sweden, Paraguay, Ghana.
Group of death for sure. Not a bad team in the bunch. Ghana or Paraguay could upset any of them, but Netherlands should advance, and Sweden is a darkhorse semifinalist contender to some. It would be a shame to see a group this glutted with teams that could challenge almost anyone in the single elmination phase.
Group H: Croatia, Mexico, Tunisia, Ukraine.
Croatia impressed me a ton in qualifying. Mexico has advanced out of group play in I believe four consecutive World Cups. I'd hate to see Ukraine in a tough situation like this as I'd love to see them advance out of group play (as long as it didn't involve my American squad).
I think I've got way too many UEFA teams advancing, 8-10 normally advance and I have 12 advancing. So I may need to change things, and have upsets like Ghana and say Japan, or Ivory Coast advancing over a UEFA squad.
