Brazil- Probably 23

Dida- Milan
Marcos- Palmeiras
Julio Cesar- Internazionale

Cafu- Milan
Cicinho- São Paulo
Juan- Bayer Leverkusen
Lucio- Bayern Munchen
Roque Junior- Bayer Leverkusen
Luisao- Benfica
Roberto Carlos- Real Madrid
Gustavo Nery- Corinthians

Emerson- Juventus
Edmilson- Barcelona
Ze Roberto- Bayern Munchen
Gilberto Silva- Arsenal
Kaka- Milan
Juninho Pernambucano- Lyon
Ronaldinho- Barcelona
Julio Baptista- Real Madrid

Ronaldo- Real Madrid
Adriano- Internazionale
Robinho- Real Madrid
Fred- Lyon

Fred, Julio Baptista, Edmilson and Gustavo Nery are the uncertain ones, but probably will be them...
If not, instead of Fred, Nilmar (Very remotely chance), instead of Julio Baptista is Ricardinho or Alex (i'd put Alex withou doubts), in Edmilson spot you can have Renato and in Gustavo Nery you can have Gilberto.

I don't think Marcos is going.
Gomes (PSV) is in much better shape.

About Denilson: he hasn't played for the NT since 2002.

Only the bold ones are probably 99% sure.

Also I think Javad Nekounam is one of the players that will 100% be there if he doesn't get injured (hopefully he will not ;).
