No need to rush him for Bolton IMO. Ajax will be a good first run as the top spot in the group is sewn up and players needing rest can sit.

I'll be looking forward to seeing Hleb back in the squad. I feel he probably is better coming off the bench right now though.

Thats very good news for us. He was starting to look really confident and good before he got an injury. Hopefully he can get back to that quickly.

I was really excited with his play, and really look forward to seeing what he can do.

This is great news, but I think it would be a big risk to rush him back for the Bolton match. The best way to go about this is to ease him back into things IMHO.

Alright, the inevitable question: who are the starting mids with Hleb back?

I personally like:

Freddie (Pires sub) - Fabregas - Gilberto - Reyes (Hleb sub)

Good question Dean. Once Hleb is fully fit:

Freddie -- Cesc -- Gilberto -- and if Reyes continues not to score, Tuesday excluded, then Hleb, with Reyes coming off the bench.

Finally we have Hleb back. Depending how Bolton goes. I think he will come on as a sub to get some game time and then start against Ajax, because we already clinched the top spot in the CL. The more playing time he gets the better Arsenal will become.

Agreed on the starters but swap the subs.

I say lets see if we get a point or 2 then bring Hleb in. We gotta win this Bolton match.

I'm with you Jesse.

Good news Hleb is back soon. Thought he was looking starting to look good before his injury - linking up well with the forwards, running at defenders and making some good passes into the box.

Plus I like the way he plays with his socks at half mast. :)

The scary part of that formation for me Jim is that Hleb will have to take up slack for the LB position and while Hleb has been getting better, I tend to think he plays more out of position that Cygan.........

Hopefully he's hit the weight room during his absence, much like Reyes did after getting knocked around for his first few months in the league. Hleb will give us more attacking options, especially with his passing.

At the moment, though, if Freddie and Bobby (who's starting to get back in form) are fit, I don't see him getting in the team right away.

Don't have the link, but there's an article on www.Arsenal.com that has a bit from Wenger on Hleb and how they've built him up and made him a bit more suitable to the English game. Hope so.

Nice. We're all on the same wavelength. So if Gary Neville, the new Manure ("Ma-newer" a la Costanza) captain tries to kick him, he'll be able to dish it right back. :D

Yeah I heard Hleb was on Arnold status now, so i hope to see him use some physical prowess, and at the end of the game i want to see him yell "Get to Chopper!!!" Classic
