I'd be pleased if it ended like this!
Group F would be amazing, and I think our chances would be good.

Agreed, we could stumble on this too but I think that's a group we could get results in.

It would be group of life for USA: with Switzerland and Spain. Actually countries that I wish for German group:). The German group seems to be o.k.
But the group of Czech team is pretty hard.
Well we should wait until December 09. Then we will know everything.

Didn't we beat the Swiss in the Silverdome in 94? We have their number. :)

It's flawed, they consider Holland seeded above France which is not going to happen.

GROUP H: argentina, t&t, serbia, montenegro, australia.....
wow, couldnt be an easier group...on paper ;)
switch us out for t&t and id be happy. haha
id say our group is escapeable. spain is the big team there, but hey in group play they can falter...espescially if they have a bad game first. the swiss shouldnt be overlooked but i think they are definately beatable, same with tunisia. but ill wait on real analysis until the real draw is made.
group F....jeez lets hope its just a mock for those teams involved there.

???According to the seeding formula France is above Holland.
Kicker seems to have gotten something wrong and the writer relied on kicker's seedings.

Serbia and Montenegro gave up all of one goal in qualifying, which is scary. What isn't is that they gave up 7 goals in friendlies with Poland, South Korea and Ukraine from August through November. Utterly baffling. I wonder which team will show up.

Brazil, Portugal, Czech Rep in one group. They may as well cancel the rest of the tournament and just show these three matches. Perhaps not the toughest group in WC history given the presence of Angola, but these three teams would surely produce some of the most memorable pool matches in the history of the world cup. Too bad this is not the real draw.

In the draw, all #1s are treated the same. It's not like the weakest #1 gets the best #2 or something.

I'm kind of blown away with this (in an odd way). On another board I was on, I'm seeing a lot of poeple are putting a lot of stock in this. How accurate have past prediction like this been? I can't imagine very.
