On the Chaunnakah list Bready?

On a side bar, I would like Bready to spell the upcoming Jewish holiday. It is spelled 10 different ways it seems.

They're the "Don't Tread On Me" Nike FC shoes. I like them, apart from the "Don't" and "Tread" on the heels.

Here's what I found:

The Spellings of Chanukah

There seems to be some confusion surrounding the actual spelling of Chanukah. Part of the reason for this confusion may be due to the fact there is no exact English translation of the Hebrew word for Chanukah.

In fact we have received numerous emails requesting whether these different spellings might also be different holidays. So to help clear up some of the confusion we would like to present a number of the different spellings one might encounter.

* Chanuka
* Chanukah
* Chanukkah
* Channukah
* Hanukah
* Hannukah
* Hanukkah
* Hanuka
* Hanukka
* Hanaka
* Haneka
* Hanika
* Khanukkah

While in the United States it is most common to use the spelling "CHANUKAH," rest assured that they are all the same celebration.

Had a good night on Friday BTW. Went to the Powerman 5000 show and there were only about 150 people there! Piss poor promotions IMO. But it was great for me and it was a kick ass rock show!!!! Glad I went!!!

One of the opening bands was Wicked Wisdom which is Jada Pinkett-Smith's band. They were kid of OK, but I couldn't help but laugh at Jada trying to be hard core rock. Too funny. She looked like she just got through shopping and decided to come in a sing some songs. The band was alright and lead guitarist looks like Ronaldinho!

Stand Up, Speak Up Nike FC's (http://www.hypebeast.com/archives/2005/11/stand_up_speak.php)

these are the ones I was referring to, Mike. If you want them, let me know and I'll see if my brother can set aside a pair for you (hopefully I can talk him into some of a discount too...)

p.s.-click on the pic on the link..then it is the 2 middle 'low' pairs.

Powerman are a great hard rock band and put on great live shows. Lots of energy. They have a few songs out on the radio, Bombshell and When Worlds Collide are two of their hits.

It was good to go to a loud rock show and jam out!
