I don't have any tattoos, nor do I want one.
I second that. I always tell people that if they want to improve their bodies to go to a gym not a tattoo parlor.

well, i haven't seen it on a regular theater, so i won't be able to compare. but this will be my first regular movie that i've seen in Imax, as opposed to those movies they make specifically for Imax theaters.

You're in for a treat. I saw "Two Towers" as well as the last Harry Potter on IMAX, and they were both great.

Anyway, I need to get up early tomorrow so I can get to work earlier, so I can leave earlier. It's a vicious cycle really.

Sleep well everyone...

I'm having a hard time feeling motivated to write my paper.

So, of course, I'm employing every means of procrastination that I can.

Gosh, Mike. Get your priorities straight! It's start to look like your work life is interfering with your Big Soccer life. ;)

I know the feeling. My finals start this week, and it's amazing how many new hobbies and interests I can develop when I'm trying to avoid studying. :)

Exactly. I keep telling myself that I don't really need to write this paper yet because it's not due until a week from tomorrow, but we're allowed to turn in a rough draft and he'll give it back to us with corrections (French) and we can turn in the final draft on the last day of class.

If I don't turn it in tomorrow, I get no chance to re-do it. Ugh!

Sounds like an all nighter to me. Handing in a rough draft and following the teachers advice guarantees a much higher grade. Just buckle down and knock it out.

I don't do all-nighters. ;)

Got through four years of undergrad without ever pulling an all-nighter, and I'm not about to start now.

I, on the other hand, never started writing a paper that wasn't due the next day. So i ended pulling plenty of all nighters. I'd always end up going to school, handing it in, then going home and passing out.

Oh, for sure, I'm with ya on the not starting to write unless it's due the next day.

Somehow, magically, everything always gets done.

You'd think being in grad school would make me change my habits, but no. I just realized the other day that I have a final this Wednesday in my terrorism class I haven't done any of the reading since the midterm. Oops.

Sounds like somebody needs to hit the Library.

I did the same thing though, in fairness, I was a fast writer with the ability to BS my way through any subject (I used to sell my books back at the end of the semester still wrapped). My best was the night I ripped through a three-pager, a six-pager and a ten-pager in four hours.

My brother, on the other hand, pulled six all-nighters in thirteen days last semester. I told him that, as a show of support, I took several naps during the same time period. :)

You'd think so, but nah.

I also didn't do any of the readings BEFORE the midterm until I skimmed them briefly and studied my notes the day before the exam and I got an A. Maybe I'm just destined to be a terrorist.

I used to hate that. I always told myself I shouldn't even buy the damn books if I was never going to read them, but I was still a sucker.

Wow, impressive! I tip my hat to you. Don't think I could ever do that.

It's because of the bad influence of that Leeds fan, I think.

I know. :(

My brother likes to razz him and told him they should change the name from Leeds United to Bombers United.

I AM taking him to some Arsenal games, though! Heaven knows he's taken me along to enough Leeds games.

Of course not, I'm 20 years old and in grad school. I don't think one could call me an underachiever.

Uh, Doogie Howser, M.D. called you an underachiever. Now stop slacking! ;) :D

G'night Folks.
