Fortuna Sittard, one of the four Dutch clubs in serious financial despair has received 0.5 million euros that two fans won in the newyears lottery.
The two fans decided to buy lottery tickets in june and july to help out their club, but these didn't result in any substantial wins. But on the first day of the new year they won their club 0.5 million euros.

These fans deserve a life long pass for their effots but seeing as the just gave away half a million euro's im sure they will happily pay for their season tickets.
True fans are the heart of football, Hopefully Fortuna can turn their Fortuna around.

But I don't think it'll happen. Fortuna is lying at the bottom of the second (called 1st div in Holland) division.
Great supporters, tho.
