Yeah, that's right. Read it and weep. I've pretty much pulled my way to a good batting lineup, now I just need to do the same for my bowlers.

very nice pull... I think if you give him 3 batting nets you'll be able to get him to proficient, by the first week in next season and he'll be in line for a shot at the U-19s or if you keep training him for a shot at the NT (U-19s may be tough as he's a late pull and he'll have to make the team next year as the U-19 won't be taking 19yo's)...

I did the same thing... just making good pulls to upgrade the team... funny though, now that I've got a good squad, my pulls have turned into crap...

I pulled a competent spin bowler, good for generally giving me bowling cover. With that done, I may start pulling wicketkeepers in hopes of getting a good one that also bats well. My current wk situation is OK but not all that good -- I'm using a guy who's in great form and has some exp only because my more skilled wk is useless with a bat.
