It'll be interesting to see the West Indies, since BS has a large contingent. Anyway, here are the first round of matches for the full NT's:
England v Sri Lanka
Australia v Pakistan
South Africa v India
New Zealand v West Indies
And for the U-19's:
England v Sri Lanka
West Indies v Pakistan
South Africa v India
Australia v New Zealand
Keep in mind that these are all friendlies. Coming up soon (next season?) the World Cup will take place.
As I type this, Australia's full squad has already beaten Pakistan 247-7 to 60 all out. The Oz U-19's also defeated the NZ U-19's 278-1 to 277-2, with Australia taking 44 overs to meet their neighbors total.
Chances are looking good that England and Australia are going to dominate, with everyone else playing for third place.

I'm shocked we didn't see England vs. Australia for the first match... The England v. Sri Lanka match ups are going to be slaughters

For the full sides, England v Sri Lanka was hardly a blow-out. 246-6 to 243 all out, with England going 48 overs to get the win.
And in the biggest upset of the first round easily, the SL U-19's beat the England U-19's!!!!!!!!! I'm overflowing with national pride! 313-2 to 309-4, with SL winning with only an over to spare.
The South Africa youths only needed 72 runs and 18 overs to defeat their Indian counterparts
In the corresponding game with the big boys, India took the victory in a very low scoring match.

And I tuned into the Windies U-19's v Pakistan U-19's to see the West Indies put up a total of 270 all out going into the break, on a slow pitch.

I also got a BT-mail from the national team scout asking about four of my batsmen (including my 18 yo star). The rest would have to go on the full side, and I don't see them making it, but you never know.

Would this guy have any chance of making the WIndies national team?

That's pretty good wicketkeeping, but his lack of batting skill might detract the managers (especially for the full side). Still, show him to the managers, because he might be the best wicketkeeper in your country.

My 17yo was out on his first ball in the India - South Africa U19 match :(
Possibly the first player ever to get that particular 'acheivement' at international level? It was in about the 4th over.

Sulieman Seargeant made his one-day international debut leading off for the Windies side against New Zealand. Although he put up a very nice strike rate, the low total of 29 runs is a bit of a disappointment.

Alright, how do I "show him to the managers"?
I also have this guy, who isn't quite as good at keeping, but is better overall I think:
Junior Mason - 20 yo, BT Rating=21,151

Holy ********. I doubt there are many wicket keepers that can bat that well. Definitely advertise him.
Just figure out who the NT manager is (should be in Country Details), and fire him a BT-Mail with his stats and the amount of nets you're giving him.

I have one guy that should be getting a call-up soon, and another superb batsman who might get on the full side if he increases his stamina.

How many nets should I give an up-and-coming star? I have this fellow who just managed 195 runs in my match, and I'm giving him three nets -- one each in batting, fielding, and fitness. The U-19 manager for Sri Lanka has expressed some interest in him and I'd love to see him get some international time.
Jehan Denawake - 17 yo, BT Rating=8,420
LH Batsman, LFM Bowler, superb form, moderate
(superb batting form, superb bowling form)
A destructive player with strong leadership skills and worthless experience.
Stamina: proficient
Batting: mediocre
Bowling: feeble
Fielding: abysmal
Wicket Keeping: abysmal
Concentration: competent
Consistency: worthless
Plus I have ten shrinks so I should be able to get his consistency up.

not nearly enough batting just yet... I wouldn't waste a bunch of nets on him... he's only medicore in batting... if u want to keep giving him 3 nets I suggest giving him 2 batting and one fielding as his fitness is good for now... I'd even go all 3 batting if u are serious about getting him onto the NT but seriously I'm sure u can pull a better player soon enough.

Yeah, quit training stamina. That's fine already. And consistency doesn't matter if it's a batsman. However, his batting is a little low, so you'd need to focus more on that. I have a respectable batsman that should be getting called up soon, so you're going to have to work on his batting.

So are they going to have international test matches or are all of them going to be one-day?
They're still working on the engine for multi-day matches (which would include tests and first-class matches). Once they get that done, then you'll start seeing test matches.
