Slovacko 2 Sigma Olomouc 2
Sparta Praha 4 Mlada Boleslav 2
Most 1 Pribram 0
Jihlava 0 Zlin 0
Liberec 3 Slavia Praha 3
Brno 3 Plzen 1
Blsany 0 Teplice 0
Ostrava 2 Jablonec 1

- Not a horrible result for Sigma, but they must have been hoping for the full three points from the trip to Uhreske Hradiste.
- Good result for Slavia and Sparta.
- Can't believe tiny Blsany tied Teplice at home. It amazes me that Blsany has managed to stay in the 1st division all these years.
- Ostrava is quietly climbing the table after struggling earlier this year.

1. Liberec 28
2. Teplice 25
3. Sigma 23
4. Slavia 22
5. Pribram 19
6. Ostrava 19
7. Mlada Boleslav 18
8. Jablonec 17
9. Zlin 16
10. Plzen 16
11. Sparta 16 :D
12. Jihlava (forget how many points)
13. Most (same)
14. Slovacko (same)
--------------------
15. Brno 11
16. Blsany 11

Big respect from me, canadian supporter.

Canadian who is so much interested in czech soccer, deserved a big respect.

You are better informed than me. And I´m German-Czech.

From czech team I only follow their national team and Sparta Praha.
So I will concentrate to give reports about these both.

Sigma Olomouc must be happy to have a fan in Canada.

May I ask you what do you find so fascinated about czech national team, czech soccer and of course your team Sigma Olomouc?

Olomouc is in Moravia, they have very good food:)

Ahoj

Sigma was my local team when I lived in Olomouc and that is how my fascination began. I also attended various games in the Czech 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, down to the 9th division. ;) With my interest in the Czech league, I soon started to follow the national team.

I haven't been to the Czech Republic since 2002. :( However, I have a DVD of Bangor at Sigma Olomouc from the 1991 UEFA Cup; DVD of Sigma at Dortmund from this years Inter-Toto Cup; Two games on tape from the 2003 season; and the UEFA Cup game at Sarajevo from 2002. I just watch these games over and over if I need to get my Sigma Olomouc fix. :)

Now, about Sparta... they won their first league game this weekend in over one month. I would hate to think what would have happened if they lost at home to Mlada Boleslav.
