Lost signals on the last few minutes on Aus X Uru [R]

Australia X Uruguay, a WC berth on the line. So what did I get?

Lost the last 3 minutes of extra time.

Lost the first 6 shooters in the shootout.

Is that because GolTV lost its signals? or is it because my dish lost the signal (getting very strong wind in the area lately)?

So did you lose the signals? Yep, I am upset, but I don't know whather it's GoltV or my dish.

I've Dish Network and the same problem.

Every other channel worked, I checked, seeing as I had the time to do so while the signal was lost. It was not weather related (at least not from my actual dish). for me if Goltv is out FSC and many others are out at the same time, all were perfect during the lost signal. And the signal was perfect as well.

I didn't even get 2 penalties. just the last one as it was already being taken.

I'm hoping on the reairing but if it was from GOLTV's end (which it was) will the replays even have the missing action?

I've Dish Network and the same problem.

Ditto that. All of the other channels I checked with Dish were working fine. Didn't get too worked up about it (at least they were showing it live, plus I had no plans on watching live except I was up anyway), but they couldn't have picked a worse time to lose the signal if they tried.

Now, I'm watching FSC and they are having technical difficulties in getting the T&T/Bahrain game on the air. So, far there has been a 5 or 6 minute Argentine League montage followed by a bunch of promos.

Of course, as soon as I posted the above, FSC got their signal. They've had some satellite hits throughout the game. We'll see if we get to see the entire match, says the cynical me.

I have Dish and I missed the first PK's too but I don't give a damn. I accepted it as my punishment for getting up at 4 am to watch such crappy game :D . At least I slept through the whole ET (I guess I subconsciously knew nothing was gonna happen). So I wake up again and the signal is gone. Then it comes back and almost gives me a heart attack with the Uruguayan missing. Then Australia won, and at least I got to hear the Uruguayan commentators trying to mumble a few words in the middle of their shock. Priceless. :)

yesterday at 9 i thought Goltv was going to rerun the aust vs uruguay match from wed morning instead they switched it.

There was supposed to be a re-airing at 18:00 PT on Thursday. I tried to tape that. As it turned out, it's a no-show. GolTV aired something else.

I have to catch the missing footage from BT.
