A Christian Bozzo quote thread.

I watched the Sunday night match between Boca Juniors and Colon, and was throughly entertained by the announcer.

"Security, remove that man from the pitch. He is impersonating a soccer player."


Anyone else have a good Bozzo-ism or two?

Only thing I took from his commentary was that every time a Colon player threw himself to the deck in the penalty area, Bozzo declared it a stonewall penalty.

I may be jumping to conclusions here, but I don't think he's a Boca fan :)

Once on an open miss, he clucked like a chicken. When the highlight was played on the FSW Report (the sound was turned down slightly while Michelle Lissel was doing the voiceover), Jeremy St. Louis said to Michelle, "It wasn't me!"

I always crack up when Bozzo and Bretos make sound effects during the Premiera highlight show whenever the feed does the "ball-track" thing.

Also Bozzo does some funny stuff when they show the same instant replay 10 times in a row from every angle... (around #9..) "no matter how many times we look at it, it still does not go into the net".
