Celtic Park will obviously being rocking for this match. Gers come limping in and Tic is top of the league. My guess is a 2-1 win for the Hoops.

I expect a repeat of last week's match. Rangers reaaly don't seem a match for Celtic right now. Although this is an old firm match so anything could happen I suppose.

I think the Gers are hanging on by a thread and I expect a humping here.
Celtic 5-1 Gers

I don’t think it will be anything like that! This is McLeish’s last chance!

We have thought it to be his last chance in so many games now. So far it hasn't mattered. I guess now we KNOW it is his last, so maybe. Anyway, 2-1 Celtic.

Sorry BGM but after watching the CIS Cup and watching us move the ball around at will i don't think you have any shot of even getting a point. Really the score from the cup doesn't justify how dominant are performance really was. If we could finish a bit better McLeish would have been sacked but he has a small window open but it doesn't look like anyone wants to hold the window open for him.

I agree, that is why I said 2-1 to the Bhoys.

Celtic were poor for quite large parts of the CIS game too. Playing against ten men helped make them look good in the second half.

That said, I expect a Celtic win on Saturday. Rangers' confidence has been at rock bottom and Celtic's will be high.

The run of bad results has to end sometime so why not against the Jungle Jims? I predict a shock 4-0 win to the good guys.

Run over and see what odds you get on that one. If you are right, my guess is you could get rich.

I think if we go up two goals by the half I think GS will close up shop and sit back on the lead. The question is how will the Bhoys react if the Gers go one up. We all no they cannot protect a lead but its do or die time and this will basically decide if they are going to be contending or trying to grab a UEFA cup bid.

Celtic 1-0 Rangers HT
Rangers are playing better than they were in the CIS and have looked dangerous from time to time. Our defense has been poor and we are lucky not to have concided a goal in the first half. GS will give a riping to the inferior defensive play. Midfield has been explosive and is dominating with wonderful flicks, passes and tackles. McGeady is all over the place as is Petrov,Lennon and the man with amazing touch Nakamura. Nakamura is exactly as advertised a wonderful creator and hopefuly we can keep him around for awhile after they have seen his performances in the SPL. Forwards have played great as well with Maloney all over the pitch and playing some great one two football with McGeady and both have been unlucky not to find the back of the net. Hartson's strike in the 11th minute was fantastic hopefully he can put in another goal before being taken off. On to the second half. Hail Hail

Goal!!!!!!!!! Balde strikes a header into Wattaures right hand goal. Maloeny has been subed by Thompson after picking up a bad knock. McGeady has been pushed up to be Hartson's strike partner.
