Ipod Question

Ok I have a pretty beat up 20 g 4G IPOD. The battery life is pretty bad and im thinking of asking for the New 5G or the nano for christmas. I'm wondering if i plug my new ipod into itunes would it update all my songs onto the new IPOD w/o any problems?

yes. Unless they're ones you bought online via iTunes, and even then, I think so.
