Adidas making less k leather boots?

I was just wondering why adidas has used less k leather in their new products and this has gone for a few months now like with the f-50+ and the sample dragon pulses and now the 7406. And becks is also starting to use synthetic boots (dragon pulses, becks absolute). Any opinions?

Because schmucks like some of the posters here don't properly take care of their Kangaroo leather boots and then want to return them in 6 months because they are blown out.

The new micro fiber synthetics are lighter weight, and more durable for nincompoops who can't, won't, or don't know how to service leather shoes.

Some PETA folks got mad at Adidas for killing the poor, docile kangeroos that multiply like crazy to make some boots. Beckham, the tosser that he is, gave into them and now Adidas is making him an all-synthetic boot to water down all the protests. You can see pretty plainly that Adidas has been slowly turning all their boots into plastic. The last all-leather predator was the Accellerator. The Precisions came with plastic stripes, the midsoles and the heel counters of the Manias and the Pulses were both synthetic. Now Beckham has his own all-synthetic boot.

Point? Maybe... Just remember it's not what you say it's how you say it. US Keeper made a comment about people not liking their KSLs, maybe due to them not taking care of them. US Keeper's post: much more mature. Using words like "schmucks" and "nincompoops" won't make any friends. He might not care, but I sure don't care to read what he posts...

I don't know, I think it could be as simple as a colour issue. Beckham's silver Pulses and his white Pulses wear quite happily leather. However people have said the Dragon Pulses have leather that looks shinier (and in turn isn't as good quality). We know Beckham wanted to have those production boots as synthetic and wears them himself but could it be because he just wants them to look shinier? It makes sense if you then look at the new Absolutes - that colour-way wouldn't work in K leather with all the shiny silver bits.

Watching the game today there were a few close-ups on Becks' boots and they were pretty shiny!
