TV5 has limited coverage of French Ligue 1, France National Team (Les Bleus) home games, and the African Cup of Nations from the Quarterfinals through the finals.
RTP has limited coverage of the Portuguese "SuperLiga" and Portuguese National Team home games (plus selected away games).
TV Globo Int'l from Brazil has Brazilian National League, Brazilian State Leagues, and Copa do Brasil.
RAI Int'l from Italy has 80% of Serie A plus Italian National Team (Azzurri) home games (and selected away games).
TyC Sports USA from Argentina has about 80% of the Argentine League (with FOX having the game of the week).
TV Colombia has one Colombian League game each week (GolTV has the other 2).
