There's no play-maker in this team now, nothing.

I missed it--it wasn't some reference to WWII, I hope--I leave that to the English fans... Anyway, what were they singing?

BTW, does Cisse know how to do anything that requires finesse?

c'est termine

dull match, until the final 10 minutes, we really should've gotten a goal - cisse and anelka tore it up, shall we say.

Yeah, they made an effort but what can you expect
playing weird line-ups like these?

up to the 83rd minutes, i would have agreed. But after that we had the germans on their heels, all we lacked was that final ball which kept getting deflected out etc. I think a goal was merited. The the substitutes put on a more spirited display than the starters for sure.

domenech himself is a whole other problem. But my point is that the effort only came at the end of the match, when everyone should've been running from the beginning. That said it's a friendly, and they were all trying to protect themselves, so yea.

Draw at home, not bad, again the end perked up my spirits. Thanks everyone, "you must spread some rep because giving it out, blah blah".

Boring game  Trezeguet is a real ghost... Anelka is the one Domenech must put with Henry.
