Leverkusen midfielder Gonzalo Castro decides to play for Germany in the future.
Spain was also interested in him, because he has a German and a Spanish passport.
The 18 years old talent should get a chance at U-21 soon.
Castro: "This was one of the hardest decisions in my life,
but Germany is my home country."
U-21 coach Dieter Eilts is happy:
"We are happy, that he decided to play for us.
It´s legitimate, that he plays for Germany,
because he is born in Germany and his football roots are also here."

Good decision.
He'll be a good player for years to come. He may become great too.
But playing first team in one of the best teams in Germany regularly is quite impressive.

Hopefully he doesn't do a Christian Muller and get injured for a long time.

Poor guy hasn't even trained yet since his injury. :(

You mean Ali Karimi? ;)
Yes and Cha Doo-Ri too (among Koreans)
Yes, just because you appear in a commercial with Zinedine Zidane, does in fact mean that you will be just as good as him too. ;)

Yeah, and the reason Karimi's not starting is that he's too good for Bayern. He should play with Milan where he most def. would bump Kaka off the starting XI. :D

I like Castro, he is very talented and creative, now if the skipper would give him range to roam, let the kid do what he can do:)
