I hope that his optimism is well founded. After the tremendous high of winning automatic promotion at Roots Hall in May of '04, things have spiraled down.

In May, Torquay was "this close" to avoiding the drop back to League Two but lost out on the last day. They couldn't get their own result and the other two results went the wrong way.

So far, this year has not gone well. Maybe Leroy is correct, maybe a corner has been turned. Come on Torquay!
