Help needed

Hi all, as Im new here I hope Im in the right place, I have ppstreams and it works no bother, I have d/loaded pplive and try as I might I cant get a picture, the audio comes through no bother but thats it. I have Real player and wmp , also are the channels suppsed to be all question marks ? I have clicked on the English bit but channels as I said are all ?????. ?????
any help would be grateful Thanx.
