I wish Brown would sell the club, and we'd get a new owner willing to put money in the club to make us a TOP TEN EPL club with the occassional TOP FIVE season.

For a second after I read this, I felt like it was real. Best second of the year so far. Thanks!

What is the opposite of resurrection?

I remember Upson saying that leaving Birmingham was a "business decision." Well that dumbass will be making business decisions in the Championship while Birmingham is in the Premiership next season!
I have no sympathy for West Ham after that new owner got rid of Pardew. If he kept Pardew on and gave him a chance during the transfer window then West Ham would still probably be out of the bottom three.

I think Eggy pushed Pardew out because he was confronted with reports that Pards was dipping his "Pen" in company ink, in ink that belonged to players (Fletcher), and some Swedish ink. Also that he thought that Pards gave the papers stories about Carroll (alcohol) and Etherington's (gambling) habits.
With all that he felt it was a lost dressing room and the club needed a change.

I know it sounds crazy but i don't think Eggy had much option re Pards.
The situation is far worse than any of us even Curbishley thought.
Major Problem is Curbs probably won't be able to save us. Mainly because some of those he has been forced to play have completely lost it. Not only gambling but drinking sessions, lavish parties etc etc etc.

Hmmm, you can shove the gambling bit, but as for the rest of what's been going on, including the etc, how do I get to become a member?:D

With regard to the title of this thread, I know it's only been a year, but these days, when I think of Repka, he seems like a faraway figure of mythical proprtions.

What players do you think will leave/be sold if WHUFC gets relegated?

Isn't Tavez on a one year contract? If so we won't be able to sell and we'll still lose him most likely :(
