I was hoping this page would be made irrelevant...but, alas, it is not.
Haven't been in the game long enough to experience relegation. From a personal standpoint, its going to suck not seeing the Hammers on TV next season, barring maybe a cup appearance or fleeting highlights on Sky Sports News.
Guess I'll be getting more done around the house...

One London club in the Premiership down, 4 more to go.

I guess it's time to start emailing FSW everyday to carry the Nationwide league next season.

You're confusing me with your avatar :D
I think you are right - just one game a week from the Nationwide would be great.

You're not the only one. I keep wondering when I've made all of these posts and how I got so smart all of a sudden.

HEHE!!
You are too kind. I do make a ton of posts, and some may appear to be intelligent, but its really just ramblings.

Very good point. Of course if the players were up to the standard of this forum we'd be champions.

My condolences to Panic and other West Ham fans.

Thanks TC.
What is sad is the EPL needs more clubs like West Ham, home grown players. The sad part is hearing Defoe wanting out already.
Very Wanky, very wanky.

My condolences to Panic and other West Ham fans. Likewise. It's always a shame to see a club go down, no matter which one it is (well, maybe it wouldn't be so bad to see ManUre or Tottenham, maybe:D). It is a sad state of affairs, though.

Thanks.
Of course the masses would love to see one of the top clubs go down - Man U, Arse, Chelsea, Bar codes, that would be funny - but it would also be sad.
Now players have no loyalty and the money is so great they aren't willing to sacrifice. A trip down could be a lifelong relegation.
I'm okay with it now, I only hope we keep Joe Cole.

This stings.
Went to BBC Priemership page.
No link for West Ham. Already on the First Division page. Below West Brom and above Wigan.
Looks like shyte.

By the way Hammers, I forgot to come over here at the end of the season and offer my condolences. It's a shame that either you or Bolton had to go down. No team with 42 points should be relegated. You should be proud of the way your team played down the stretch. And DiCanio's reaction to the whole thing shows what great heart he has. I hope you bounce back to the EPL in one season.

thanks Soccerholic,
kudos to your fine team for beating the arse (lickers). I was not a Manc fan, nor will I ever be - but I hate Arse more than Man U. I respect your squad and only hope you dump Roy Keane and the Neville sisters and return to respectability all around.
:D
