Nice win for Scotland...

Does anyone know if David Noble played in the U21 match yesterday?

Poor kid. Just decided he would play for Scotland. I'm curious to see how he does for the Hammers.

Points in the bag for the Hammers.

I could tell you guys about the race to the train from the Dell so I could take the Eurostar back to Brussels to catch my flight.

Hammers 3 Saints 2 - Trevor in the 84th minute or so. I have pictures!

One thing is for sure, no one will understand Gordon Strachan's post game comments.

Saturday against Bolton.

Win or go home, or rather go to the Nationwide.

well I'm a bit down, now is the time to rally around the team.

I'm pissed that Terry Brown doesn't care if Roeder can't manage his bowel movements.

Di Canio will leave, James gone, Hutch gone, Sinclair gone, Bowyer gone.

I hope we keep Cole, DeFoe, Johnson and Carrick. I think Ian Pearce and Repka would stay and do well in the 1st division.

If we keep that group, sell the aforementioned lot, change our manager, change our board - then we should be fine for a return to the EPL.

What's going to suck is not being able to see the Hammers on FSW unless we get a cup run.

I'm still hoping to get to London next November and see the boys in action, but it would be better if they were in the EPL.

Ditto. I found myself in the shower this morning wondering who we could sell to make some money and reduce the wage bill, while still keeping our young core. If we are unable to avoid the drop I hope they keep the youngsters together for at least one season and make a charge at promotion.

I wonder how long it would take me to save up some cash for a trip to London?

Sell Kanoute - that has to be £5M
Sinclair - close to £5M
James - £5M
Hutch- £2.5 M if we are lucky
Schemmel - £1 M (he's got issues)

---
Now that should be enough to keep us afloat.

Glen Johnson at Right back, Brevett at left back,
Pearce and Reptar in the middle

GK: This might be an issue until Bywater is ready, but if he's not ready now - he's never going to be ready.

Midfield: Right Mid: Hole, Left Mid: Hole
Center Mids: Carrick and Cole

Up Front: Defoe and Sofiane, if not him, then get somebody who is tough as nails, can win a ball in the air, and hold it up as well. Sounds like Brian McBride - which is who we should have signed back in January but Glenn Roeder was too stubborn to listen to me.

We should keep Big Les around as well, he's a good guy in the locker room.

Maybe Teddy Sheringham will be ready for us now.

Between any money made from sales and the savings in salary from those players, hopefully that'll be good enough to keep us going.

Maybe a couple of kids in the reserves can get sometime. From what I've read it sounds like Anton Ferdinand could be close to first team action and maybe Richard Garcia could make the leap.
