I don't think he should be fired yet though he has made some dubious decisions and has been at the center of controversy a few times. His team have been playing poor(and the financial problems don't help) but they haven't been worse than i expected. Obviously if things continue like this then yes, but i'd give him more time simply because he has such a tough job.
In my honest opinion, i think the real mistake was firing Jara 7 months ago. Things have been going downhill since...

I think the "moves during the winter break" option really doesn't make sense.
FCK doesn't have the means to go out and spend. They can only bring in players on free transfers who will accept small salaries.
Not many of them will be better than what FCK already has on-hand.
This was a big job before the year started. The reality is that FCK has a "Bottom of the Bundesliga", "Top of the 2. Bundesliga" roster. This is why I tipped them for relegation before the season started, but hope they prove me wrong.
There just aren't many trainers out there who can keep a team playing over their heads for a full season or more. Those trainers have the best jobs already.
I think some FCK fans expect too much of a team that has too little in the ways of talent and motivation.

Yeah, the situation for Kaiserslautern is not easy.
They have financial problems and couldnīt stregthen the team.
Mr. Henke canīt be blamed for this, but if the bad run continues,
the club will react and present a new coach.

Jara didn't get fired. I knew that he could get a gig @ Red Bull FC. He didn't want to continue his contract w/ FCK, so FCK let him go.

FCK didn't "let Jara go". He quit and he was leaving no matter what they did. They tried to keep him.

no other coach can help with such an embarrassing defensive.

I honestly don't think they can afford to. They need to use money they'd have to pay Henke for doing nothing to try to get some cheap defensive help.
And I don't think they'll be able to find anyone better than they have now for the money they'll be able to "spend"........

Totally agree.

They had (have) planned on picking up that Iranian midfielder, so there must be money somewhere. It was actually two, but one pulled a Donovan. If Altintop is sold then there would be even more. Maybe that is where the defenders are going to come from.
