Just been reading the news in the Korean forum. It appears they are complaining that they will have their World Cup base camp in Scotland instead of Germany or Holland. It seems that Dick Advocaat preferred to use his contacts in Scotland because of a lack of money. Does anyone remember when South Korea would feel privileged to be coming to Scotland? Now we're not good enough for them apparently.

Good luck to them, where are they going to?, Murray park?

I can't blame them for being pissed off. I doubt it's that we're not good enough for them (I haven't seen any comments to that effect on the ROK forum, well, except maybe from the topic starter) but more to do with distance. Travelling on game day will be a bitch, and travelling before game day could cause disruption.

Still, Murray Park is as good as they'll find anywhere else.

We then have a team in the world cup.
