0-2 Loss.

Two goals in the final 10. I thought for a while there in the second half that Villa had their oppertunities but could not get it done.

Sorensen looked to be fully recovered from the back injury that he suffered before the match with Man City. He made some great saves and the two that went in were not his fault, one penalty.

How did Bakke perform? I saw he got subbed out three minutes before Liverpool scored their first. It all fell apart, huh? ;)

Bakke showed a lot of hustle but really did not show a lot of creativity. The only real bright spot I saw in the midfield today was Steve Davis. Ridgewell dragged Crouch to the ground in the box and gave up the penalty. Once that goal was scored Villa tried to push forward but Liverpool caught them and scored easily.

Bakke's still adjusting I take it.. Well as long as he's getting to play regularly his situation is looking up.

Thanks for your view. Appreciate it.

Not a problem. The next time Villa is on TV here I will keep an eye on your boy. :)
